The ambassador code guarantees your commission will be validated. Regardless of how the customer arrives at the site, if they use your code, the commission is awarded to you.
Your ambassador codes can be combined with automatic site discounts (promotions, sales, etc.). However, the ambassador may lose their commission if the customer chooses to use a store-specific promotional code that would be more advantageous, unless the customer arrived via your ambassador link (see below).
I strive, whenever possible, to set up sales and promotions automatically so they remain compatible with your codes. However, some benefits (such as 15% off codes linked to customer reviews) cannot be combined with ambassador codes. The customer's benefit always takes priority.

Using the ambassador link offers you a long-term advantage. Thanks to cookies , the browser remembers the origin of the visit for 60 days . Therefore, if the customer makes a purchase during this period, you receive your commission, even if they don't use your code.
- Special case 1: If the customer orders within 60 days using a store promo code (even -15% codes linked to customer reviews), you receive your commission (calculated excluding promotions and delivery costs).
- Special case 2: If, during this period, the customer uses another ambassador 's code, the commission is awarded to the owner of the code used.
- Special case 3: If the customer clicks on another ambassador's link, that ambassador takes your place and the 60-day period is reset in their favor.
