Authenticity and Guarantee of Reviews
I guarantee that 100% of the reviews published will correspond to real shopping experiences.
- A review is certified "authentic" when the author's name and email address strictly match a recorded order.
- The "Verified Customer" badge is awarded to reviews submitted by loyal customers or partner content creators.
Moderation Process
- Timeframe: Each review is validated manually within a maximum of 48 hours.
- Integrity: All reviews, positive or negative, are published as soon as they comply with the rules of courtesy and are linked to a real order.
Uniqueness by Order Rule
To ensure fairness and diversity of opinions:
- Only one review is allowed per order, regardless of the number of items purchased.
- For multiple orders, the customer chooses the item they wish to comment on. However, it is possible and encouraged to include a photo showing all the items received.
Award and Acknowledgments
- To thank customers, a discount code is offered after the review is validated.
- Only one code is assigned per order.
- The code is automatically sent to the email address provided when submitting the review.
Usage rights
By submitting a review and a photo, the customer authorizes the store to publish this content on the dedicated review page, in order to help other users in their choices.
